As Manager, DevOps Engineering, you will lead a high-performing engineering team and own applications, platforms, and DevOps capabilities. The role connects Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Architecture, and Product to deliver business goals. You will translate strategy into accountable plans, improve reliability, and establish standards that increase developer productivity.

Translate strategy into milestones and measurable outcomes
Improve reliability through monitoring, recovery, and operational readiness
Requirements: 10+ years in DevOps, SRE, cloud, or platform engineering
4+ years leading or managing engineering teams
Working knowledge of Azure or Google Cloud Platform
Experience with Kubernetes and containerized workloads
Understanding of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and observability
