Guide end-to-end Manhattan Active WMS programs with Fulfillment IQ, combining program leadership, system integration knowledge, and warehouse operations expertise.
This full-time, permanent position is based remotely in Toronto and reports to the Co-Founder and COO. The manager leads implementations across planning, design, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live. Success requires connecting MAWM capabilities with ERP, OMS, TMS, and MHE/WCS environments while coordinating stakeholders, engineering teams, and business owners.
Key Responsibilities: Manage implementation timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
Lead workshops and solution design sessions with stakeholders
Align warehouse operations with scalable system capabilities
Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live,



and stabilization
Present implementation outcomes and KPIs to leadership
Requirements: Proven leadership of end-to-end MAWM implementation programs
Five to eight years in WMS implementations
Solid understanding of warehouse operations and distribution processes
Experience with MAWM architecture, APIs, ProActive, and configurations
Cross-functional leadership and excellent problem-solving abilities
Bring Manhattan Active WMS program management, stakeholder leadership, and supply chain integration experience to Fulfillment IQ.
