The Regional Operations Manager leads a specific North American account for ISS, working with the North America IFS Division Lead. The role requires facility management experience, financial acumen, and complex strategy execution. It focuses on service delivery, account transformation, growth, retention, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Own account performance while aligning with global leadership
Build relationships with customers, partners, and vendors
Prepare budgets and lead account financial management




Implement innovations and operational best practices
Assess talent and establish succession plans
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering required
Master’s degree highly preferred
Ten years in facility management or integrated facilities industries
Five years running businesses with direct P&L; responsibility desired
Ability to travel approximately 50 percent of the time
Bring strategic leadership, financial insight, and facility management expertise to ISS account operations across North America.
