This senior finance position leads reporting, planning, and financial analysis within Umicore’s Jewelry & Industrial Metals business. You will manage annual budgets and forecasts, monitor budget-to-actual performance, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives. The role also covers costing, credit policies, cash resources, hedging compliance, and financial risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare internal financial reports and meaningful recommendations
Analyze budget-to-actual results and explain variances
Recommend corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage cash resources and optimize liquidity




Oversee Trading Department adherence to hedging policies
Requirements: At least five years of progressive financial management experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
Robust budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and credit analysis knowledge
Strategic thinking with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional responsibilities
Use budgeting, forecasting, credit analysis, and financial risk expertise to strengthen Umicore’s business planning and performance.
