You will coordinate initiatives, document workflows, analyze operational data, and prepare recommendations for leaders. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate cross-functional HR Services transformation projects
Establish milestones, dependencies, risks, and decision points
Map processes and recommend workflow improvements




Analyze data for leadership decisions and reviews
Prepare updates, decision materials, and recommendations
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
Seven or more years of relevant qualified experience
Experience managing projects, risks, milestones, and dependencies
Experience improving processes, workflows, or operating models
Experience analyzing data and developing leadership recommendations
