This Field Operations Team Lead combines practical UVS capability with leadership across deployments, trials, training, and customer operations. The work includes configuring systems, supervising ground-control and recovery equipment, completing inspections, and resolving issues. You will support operator development and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities: Configure, test, operate, recover, and maintain UVS
Supervise ground-control, launcher, recovery, and GSE activities
Complete inspections, servicing, recovery, and equipment preparation
Deliver practical and theoretical UVS training




Coach and mentor UVS Operators
Requirements: Solid technical background involving complex operational systems
Experience with fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and first-line maintenance
Ability to interpret technical documentation and safety requirements
Engineering Technician, Engineering Technologist, or equivalent experience
Ability and willingness to undertake international travel and deployments
Bring UVS operation, equipment maintenance, technical training, and team coordination skills to field services delivery.
