As a People Partner, you will advise defined business groups and leadership teams across North America. You will translate business priorities into actions spanning workforce planning, talent, succession, engagement, retention, culture, and change. The position operates predominantly at Tier 3 within SLR’s People operating model.

Analyze workforce data and recommend practical solutions
Activate People Calendar activities and regional priorities
Requirements: Significant People Partner or HR Business Partner experience
Experience supporting organization, workforce, talent, engagement, and change priorities
Robust commercial acumen and analytical capability
Ability to influence leaders without direct authority
Post-secondary degree; CHRL or CPHR preferred
Bring strategic partnering, workforce planning, and evidence-based people insight to SLR Consulting’s North American business groups.
