This Regional Territory Manager role supports an established building materials territory for a Canadian manufacturer. You will promote products to dealers, distributors, and retail partners while developing new business. The position requires sales experience, territory planning, customer presentations, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow an established building materials territory
Develop customer relationships and secure recent business opportunities
Execute strategies increasing market share and revenue




Prepare quotations and coordinate customer solutions
Deliver product presentations and customer training sessions
Requirements: Three to five years of successful sales experience
Building materials or construction products experience preferred
Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
Excellent time management and territory planning capabilities
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
