As Senior Director, Brand Strategy, you will lead strategic thinking across Proof and elevate client work. You will connect business objectives, audience behaviour, culture, brand positioning, and communications planning. The role spans research, creative briefs, earned-first ideas, campaign development, evaluation, and client presentations. You will also evolve planning methodologies, integrate AI-enabled tools, mentor talent, and support business development.
Key Responsibilities: Lead primary and secondary research into audience insights and motivations
Identify cultural shifts, market signals, risks, and opportunities
Develop strategies connecting objectives, brands, audiences, culture,



and communications
Write creative briefs and guide major client initiatives
Strengthen Proof’s planning methods, talent, and strategic offering
Requirements: 10+ years in brand, communications, cultural, or integrated strategy
Agency experience and demonstrated audience insight application
Experience with qualitative and quantitative research
Strong earned media, reputation, public affairs, and marketing understanding
Exceptional storytelling, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
