Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, this senior manager will develop AI roadmaps, secure investment approval, and advise executive leaders. The work connects AI/ML, digital transformation, organizational change, and responsible AI across a large municipality. You will help strengthen readiness and adoption while pursuing measurable public-service and operational perks.
Key Responsibilities: Develop enterprise AI strategy, roadmap, and compelling business cases
Advise the CIO and Executive Leadership Team clearly
Lead change management, AI literacy, and employee adoption
Partner across business, IT,



and Digital Enablement teams
Establish governance, risk controls, and responsible AI practices
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline
Globally recognized AI certification or certifications
Three to five years in senior advisory or consulting roles
Three to five years in AI/ML or AI transformation
Five to ten years engaging senior leadership
Lead Brampton’s AI direction by combining executive advice, enterprise governance, adoption expertise, and measurable transformation delivery.
