This Senior Supplier Quality Engineer manages material quality for production and customer needs. The work includes supplier relationships, specification reviews, alternate-source recommendations, and statistical process control. You will analyze defects, support root-cause investigations, and maintain quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Key Responsibilities: Drive supplier quality improvement through defect monitoring and corrective actions
Perform supplier audits, qualifications, assessments, and risk analysis
Review component specifications and recommend viable alternate sources




Analyze quality data and implement root-cause improvements
Provide technical expertise for material problems
Requirements: Six to eight years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
Electronic component and contract manufacturing knowledge
Supplier management, negotiation, audit, and problem-resolution skills
Knowledge of ISO standards and statistical process control
Apply electronic component expertise, supplier management, and quality analysis to strengthen Celestica materials and manufacturing performance.
