Lead Integrated Logistics Support for AirPro’s CC295 Kingfisher fleet, using aircraft sustainment and maintenance planning within a hybrid working model.
As ILS Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary function supporting Canada’s Fixed Wing Search and Rescue Program. You will integrate fleet management, Logistics Support Analysis, Reliability and Maintainability, and technical publications. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will help establish ILS processes, support structures, and readiness across Integrated Product Teams and Main Operating Bases. The position also interfaces with Airbus Defence and Space, PAL Aerospace, government organizations, customers, subcontractors, and program partners.
Key Responsibilities: Lead multidisciplinary ILS priorities, resources, performance measures, and employee development
Integrate ILS disciplines with contractual and lifecycle sustainment requirements
Direct fleet sustainment, maintenance planning,



and aircraft induction activities
Monitor readiness, availability, reliability, supportability, and sustainment risks
Present ILS performance and fleet readiness reports to governance forums
Requirements: Undergraduate degree in engineering, aviation, logistics, supply chain, or business
Maximum eight years’ aerospace, defence, military aviation, ILS, or ISS experience
Minimum five years leading technical teams or multidisciplinary support functions
Experience with aircraft sustainment, maintenance planning, fleet management, or support systems
Robust analytical, organizational, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
Shape lifecycle support for the CC295 Kingfisher fleet through ILS leadership, aircraft sustainment, reliability, and readiness management.
