Analyze Toronto Hydro capital programs in Toronto through advanced Excel, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. This hybrid position supports work from home two days weekly.
The Capital and Maintenance Program Analyst supports end-to-end delivery of an outsourced capital work portfolio. The work spans vendor coordination, project reporting, data analysis, and process improvement. You will help monitor schedules, costs, safety, reliability, and constructability across design, pre-construction, and construction stages.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate project delivery with internal and external stakeholders
Support contractor performance management across assigned programs
Review electrical and civil drawings for standards conformance
Prepare vendor billings, status reports, and outcome reporting




Analyze trends, gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities
Requirements: Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical or Civil Engineering
Three to five plus years analyzing data, gaps, and results
Three to five plus years in business process redesign
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Strong communication, analytical, and business solution development skills
Support Toronto Hydro capital delivery with program analysis, vendor coordination, reporting, and process improvement in Toronto.
