This experienced Software Engineer role focuses on reliable peer runtimes spanning systems engineering, mobile platforms, networking, and distributed infrastructure. You will expand Android capabilities, support device-level observability, and contribute to large-scale data collection systems. Key Responsibilities: Design and maintain Rust peer runtimes across supported operating systems
Manage process lifecycles, networking, updates, and operational stability
Expand Android support using NDK and JNI
Integrate Cronet, C++, and browserless HTTP clients




Investigate incidents and improve deployment reliability
Requirements: At least five years developing production-grade software with Rust
Cross-platform Rust experience including at least one mobile platform
Understanding of operating systems, permissions, and background execution
Hands-on FFI, JNI, NDK, Win32, and POSIX experience
Knowledge of TCP, TLS, HTTP, and asynchronous Rust networking
Apply Rust, systems engineering, and mobile platform expertise to reliable infrastructure serving globally distributed device fleets.
