This founding Forward Deployed Engineer role turns undefined customer challenges into autonomous, high-impact learning agents. You will combine customer-centered communication with rapid prototyping, systems architecture, and production delivery. Docebo’s environment includes the Agent Hub, LLM providers, AWS, Kubernetes, GitLab, Datadog, OpenTofu, React, and TypeScript.
Key Responsibilities: Translate customer challenges into reusable AI platform capabilities
Prototype and iterate from customer feedback
Architect integrations with customer systems and Agent Hub




Define technical roadmaps and cross-functional organization design
Shape founding FDE culture and operating discipline
Requirements: Five or more years of production full-stack software experience
Agentic AI or LLM production deployment experience
Confidence making decisions amid ambiguity
Strong architecture experience with distributed systems
Familiarity with up-to-date engineering and multi-LLM tooling
Use architecture, rapid experimentation, and agentic AI expertise to establish Docebo’s Forward Deployed Engineering practice.
