Key Responsibilities: Lead engineers and manage engineering team activities
Oversee mechanical designs, layouts, and manufacturing drawings
Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and facilitate repairs




Drive preventive and predictive maintenance across departments
Compile failure and maintenance task reports
Requirements: BSc, B.Eng., or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Five to ten years’ maintenance or production experience
Computer-aided engineering design and drawing competency
Proven project management and leadership experience
Experience with computerized maintenance management systems
