Key Responsibilities: Manage paid media across four advertising platforms
Allocate budgets, bids, targeting, and creative tests
Own conversion tracking and attribution through GA4
Build 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps
Drive retention, upsell, and long-term account relationships
Requirements: Three or more years managing Google Ads and Meta hands-on
Demonstrated improvements in ROAS, CPA, or pipeline
Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
Explicit spoken English for live calls with United States clients
Roofing or similar multi-location paid media experience preferred
