As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop integration surfaces for customers using Mecka’s connected hardware and data. Your responsibilities include API design, data models, command-line tools, authentication, versioning, and release practices. You will support operational visibility and dependable device workflows.
Key Responsibilities: Develop customer APIs and SDKs for hardware integration
Build command-line tools for customer data workflows
Design data models, schemas, and production services
Create diagnostics and telemetry for device behavior




Maintain compatibility as platform capabilities evolve
Requirements: 5+ years of software engineering experience
Strong backend programming using Python, Go, or TypeScript
API, database, SQL, and schema-design experience
Knowledge of authentication, authorization, testing, and versioning
Experience with connected hardware or operational applications preferred
