Reporting to the Procurement Manager, this Senior Buyer manages complex goods and services procurement for projects and business units. The work spans sourcing, supplier evaluations, purchase orders, change orders, and contract terms. Collaboration with Engineering, Project Management, Quality Assurance, and suppliers supports procurement performance and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities: Manage sourcing for complex goods and services packages
Negotiate with suppliers and administer contracts
Manage purchase orders and procurement change orders




Resolve procurement issues with project stakeholders
Mentor junior procurement staff when required
Requirements: 10+ years managing complex procurement packages
Experience with sourcing, evaluations, and supplier performance management
Robust knowledge of manufacturing and supplier management
Knowledge of contract law and competitive bidding practices
Post-secondary education preferred; SCMP certification an asset
