This contract Project Lead supports the Office of the Director, Marketing and Communications. You will guide cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation, aligning work with strategic priorities. The role connects operational planning, reporting, resource management, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare charters, workplans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Track milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and project progress
Develop performance indicators, tools, and measurement datasets
Deliver forecasts, variance, utilization, and governance reports
Maintain internal, external, vendor,



and procurement relationships
Requirements: Undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant education and experience
Minimum five years of relevant marketing or communications experience
Experience managing complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives
Solid communication, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel and MS Project
Bring strategic marketing planning, financial tracking, and stakeholder coordination skills to CIHI’s communications portfolio in Toronto or Ottawa.
