Translate investment management needs into technology solutions as a Senior Business Analyst supporting AIMCo’s cross-functional DevOps team. Apply requirements analysis and stakeholder facilitation across delivery.
This experienced Business Analyst partners with investment, operations, finance, risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders. You will document requirements, functional specifications, process flows, data mappings, use cases, and user stories. Your analysis supports initiatives spanning investment accounting, settlements, reconciliations, valuations, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate stakeholder discussions and drive alignment on business needs
Analyze process, data, and technology issues and recommend solutions
Create backlogs, features, acceptance criteria, and user stories
Support design, testing,



implementation, and deployment activities
Develop test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing
Requirements: Five or more years in Business Analysis or related roles
Investment management, pensions, capital markets, or financial services experience
Knowledge of investment lifecycle and back-office processes
Experience documenting requirements and functional specifications
Working knowledge of Agile and DevOps delivery methodologies
