Shape Payworks’ CRM portfolio with program governance, stakeholder alignment, and structured delivery across technology and business teams. Choose fully office-based or hybrid work, with office attendance at least three days weekly.
Reporting to the Director, IT Strategy & Innovation, the Manager, CRM Program oversees concurrent CRM initiatives and their connected priorities. You will maintain portfolio clarity, balance timelines and constraints, and establish practices supporting visibility and accountability. Salesforce exposure is an asset.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate CRM initiatives from initiation through delivery
Reprioritize backlogs and adjust delivery timelines
Align executive steering committee and product owner priorities
Establish reporting cadences, intake processes,



and documentation standards
Track program-level risks, issues, and decisions
Requirements: Seven-plus years of progressive program or project management
Experience managing concurrent projects and delivery constraints
Strong relationship-building across diverse stakeholder groups
Transparent communication with technical and non-technical audiences
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methods
Apply portfolio thinking, disciplined governance, and clear communication to coordinate Payworks’ evolving CRM program.
