Lead enterprise risk management and quality assurance from North Campus, Edmonton, in a hybrid role focused on ERM, QAIP, and data analytics.
Reporting to the Executive Director, Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management, this Lead supports Internal Audit and ERM mandates. You will develop the ERM function, create a contemporary Quality Assurance and Improvement Program, and enhance data analytics. The work supports governance, executive management, combined assurance, and reporting to relevant university committees.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the enterprise risk management function
Design and execute the overarching Quality Assurance and Improvement Program
Map combined assurance across the assurance architecture




Lead data analytics and insights efforts as required
Lead two to three auditors or consultants on engagements
Requirements: Ability to design and deliver enterprise risk management programs
Ability to develop quality assurance and improvement programs
Experience leading quality and risk engagements
Ability to work cooperatively with external auditors
Ability to work directly with executive management
Apply enterprise risk management, quality assurance, combined assurance, and analytics expertise across the university’s IA and ERM functions.
