The work combines playbooks, training programs, needs discovery, product positioning, and Next Best Action adoption. Programs connect learning with activation, adoption, retention, service quality, and qualified opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Own ramp, certification, and continuous development for specialists
Build needs discovery and product positioning frameworks
Create Support and Onboarding playbooks across channels
Design in-person, virtual,



and on-demand enablement content
Report program performance against customer and commercial outcomes
Requirements: Experience in customer success, service, onboarding, or B2B SaaS sales
Experience building playbooks and training programs
Robust project management and workback planning skills
Understanding of activation, adoption, retention, and expansion metrics
Ability to collaborate across Product Marketing, Analytics, and leadership
