As Executive Director, you will advance the organization’s mission while overseeing operations, financial resources, and program delivery. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will develop funding strategies, prepare budgets, maintain controls, and cultivate relationships with donors, funders, government representatives, and community agencies. The role also leads employees and volunteers.
Key Responsibilities: Lead fundraising, grants, donor engagement, and resource development
Develop sustainable funding strategies through partnerships and events
Oversee annual budgets, financial plans, and Board reporting




Maintain robust financial controls and responsible resource stewardship
Strengthen long-term organizational financial sustainability
Requirements: Leadership experience within nonprofit or charitable organizations
Experience developing budgets and managing organizational finances
Fundraising, grant development, and donor relations experience
Experience working effectively with a Board of Directors
Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience
Use fundraising leadership, budgeting expertise, and donor relationships to support Agape Table’s sustainable community-serving operations.
