As Leader, Operations, you will guide an experienced team delivering critical parts for manufacturing sites, assembly lines, and aircraft in service. The position requires manufacturing management experience, operational excellence knowledge, and strong French communication. You will support production objectives, process standardization, and continuous improvement while developing team talent.
Key Responsibilities: Lead teams delivering critical parts for manufacturing and aircraft operations
Standardize processes supporting organizational objectives and operational excellence
Control production objectives and resolve performance deviations




Coach employees and share organizational knowledge
Conduct three floor walks per shift
Requirements: College diploma or university degree in aerospace, engineering, or manufacturing management
Manufacturing management experience; aerospace experience is advantageous
Strong French communication skills; bilingualism is advantageous
Understanding of value-added production principles
Planning, organization, flexibility, and entrepreneurship skills
