Lead UHN West Park Assessment Centre operations with strategic leadership and expertise in independent assessments, SABS legislation, and healthcare services.
As Senior Manager, you will oversee multidisciplinary assessment operations for insurers, legal stakeholders, disability management organizations, employers, and healthcare professionals. Reporting to the Senior Director, Altum Health, you will guide service delivery, quality improvement, financial management, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth. This permanent full-time role follows Monday to Friday hours and requires hybrid onsite presence at West Park Healthcare Centre or other GTA locations.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and productive assessment service delivery
Develop operational strategies, procedures, and performance metrics
Monitor service volumes, resources, scheduling, turnaround times, and satisfaction




Lead quality assurance, process improvement, and regulatory compliance
Manage client relationships, contracts, concerns, and expectations
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, health, or rehabilitation sciences
Seven to ten years of progressive leadership experience required
Experience managing multidisciplinary healthcare service delivery operations
Experience with insurers, disability management, medico-legal, and healthcare stakeholders
Expert knowledge of SABS legislation and independent evaluations
Bring operational leadership, financial management, and assessment expertise to advance UHN West Park services across the GTA.
