Shape Agile delivery at BRP as a Scrum Master Team Coach, using facilitation and coaching skills in a 50% onsite model. Work from Sherbrooke, with some days in Brossard or Montréal.
This role supports two secure teams or a collection of teams and leadership. You will guide pragmatic Agile adoption, help teams create valuable increments, and support Product Owners. Your work also contributes to BRP’s global Agile Transformation team.
Key Responsibilities: Co-create agreements with teams and leadership
Remove impediments and identify improvement opportunities
Facilitate workshops fostering candid feedback
Support Product Owners and product backlog practices
Advise leaders through teaching and coaching
Requirements: Minimum eight years in a similar role
Experience implementing Agile systems at scale
Experience creating and using metrics
Workshop creation and facilitation experience
Kanban system design and lean operations experience
Bring Agile coaching, workshop facilitation, and systems thinking to BRP’s Scrum Master Team Coach community.
