The position connects Account Managers, vendors, subcontractors, and Operations through pre-bid validation and post-mortem cost review. Candidates may qualify through education and estimating experience, controls field experience, or an equivalent combination.
Key Responsibilities: Assist Account Managers with project pricing and bid decisions
Prepare vendor and subcontractor quotations for materials and services
Identify project cost-saving opportunities and potential risk items




Coordinate outsourced engineering needs with Account Managers
Improve labor, material, and subcontract cost control
Requirements: Building Automation, HVAC Controls, and HVAC Systems experience
Engineering degree or equivalent estimating and construction experience
Strong financial and business acumen with budget awareness
Experience working directly with building owners is beneficial
Flexibility for overtime and weekends when required
