This Director of FP&A; leads annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning. The position partners with service leadership, operations, commercial teams, and Customer Success leaders. It also develops reporting, KPIs, and financial insights supporting growth, profitability, and working capital performance.
Key Responsibilities: Lead budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial planning
Develop revenue, margin, cost, and headcount forecasts
Deliver monthly reporting and variance analysis
Evaluate pricing, contracts, investments, and service offerings




Present financial results and insights to senior leadership
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Ten-plus years of progressive finance or FP&A; experience
Leadership experience in FP&A; or operational finance
Robust modeling, forecasting, and business analysis skills
Advanced Excel and ERP or planning systems proficiency
