This experienced U.S. Tax Manager supports an in-house tax team serving diversified investments and business operations. Manage corporate, partnership, and international reporting requirements. Coordinate advisors, authorities, audits, and tax projects while communicating findings clearly to internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee federal and state compliance for domestic and offshore entities
Coordinate corporate, partnership, and international information returns
Maintain calendars, deadlines, payments, documentation, and reporting requirements
Monitor legislation and recommend appropriate compliance actions




Coordinate advisors and authorities during inquiries, examinations, and audits
Requirements: Degree in taxation, law, accounting, or related discipline
Minimum two years of relevant U.S. tax manager experience
Working knowledge of corporate, partnership, international, and cross-border taxation
Practical experience preparing or reviewing U.S. tax filings
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and tax research applications
