Lead performance marketing strategy at Blacksmith Agency across PPC, SEO, and client accounts from a remote USA, Canada, or South Africa location. Own department delivery through management.
As Director of Performance Marketing, you manage the PPC and SEO strategists while setting channel strategy and budget direction. Set quality standards for audits, reporting, and account work
Own client results, attribution, and GA4 reporting accuracy
Diagnose at-risk accounts and direct recovery plans
