Key Responsibilities: Shape Canadian Middle Market P&C; portfolio strategy and operating plans
Oversee recent and renewal underwriting for complex accounts
Advise senior leaders on underwriting and portfolio matters
Deploy authority, talent, and resources within risk appetite




Coach teams and reinforce governance, controls, and performance standards
Requirements: Senior people leadership experience in property and casualty underwriting
Deep technical expertise across complex P&C; risks
Commercial judgment and strategic business development capability
Ability to evaluate pricing, policy terms, and insurance contracts
