Key Responsibilities: Develop, deliver, sustain, and improve enterprise talent programs
Champion career management strategy and development initiatives
Advance talent technology functionality with Human Resources Systems
Maintain senior leadership coaching program and vendor relationships




Create talent programming materials, presentations, and workshops
Requirements: Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
Over eight years of progressive experience
At least three years designing enterprise talent programs
Success Factors experience is a solid asset
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
