As Lead Process Engineer, you will develop and review design criteria, flow diagrams, balances, and equipment specifications. Your responsibilities include managing deliverables, schedules, and budgets while guiding engineers. You will also support proposals, estimates, business development, and global knowledge sharing.

Requirements: Minimum 12 years’ experience across studies and design
Professional Engineer registration in Ontario or another Canadian province
Leadership experience within multidisciplinary mining projects
Experience across critical, precious, base, or battery metals
Metallurgical process simulation software experience
Use project leadership, process design, and client-facing skills to deliver mineral processing solutions across Ausenco’s global portfolio.
