Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $170,000.00 Annually
Bannister Chevrolet Penticton is looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
We are a busy, high-performing dealership with a strong inventory, an experienced leadership team and a workplace culture built around teamwork, accountability and customer service.
Whether you have automotive sales experience or are looking to begin a new career, we provide the training, tools and support needed to help you succeed.
What You Will Do: Welcome customers and help identify their vehicle needs, lifestyle and budget
Present new and pre-owned vehicles and explain key features and benefits
Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Create videos, photos and social media content to generate leads and promote inventory
Follow up with customers by phone, email, text and social media
Maintain strong relationships with customers before, during and after the sale
Complete manufacturer training and continually improve your product knowledge
Work closely with the sales and finance teams to provide an exceptional buying experience
Complete required documentation accurately and professionally
Consistently work toward individual and dealership performance goals
