BrainStation’s Manager, Enterprise leads strategic advisory work with C-suites and leaders across AI, Product, Marketing, Design, and Data. You will help organizations assess innovation opportunities, reshape products and customer experiences, and build durable enterprise-wide capabilities. The role carries accountability for engagement outcomes, client relationships, and commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities: Advise executives on digital and AI innovation opportunities
Lead opportunity discovery, stakeholder management, and measurable value delivery
Set analytical approaches and ensure high-quality recommendations




Facilitate executive workshops and working sessions
Grow relationships and shape commercial engagement structures
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skilled experience
Five to eight years in client-facing professional services
Track record growing relationships and commercial outcomes
Ability to synthesize complex findings into actionable recommendations
Willingness to travel globally for client work
Use strategic advisory judgment, AI knowledge, and executive facilitation skills to guide global enterprises through meaningful transformation.
