As a ServiceNow ITOM Architecture Lead, you will design architectures connecting ServiceNow with monitoring, observability, cloud, network, infrastructure, application, and security platforms. Your work will establish service-aware operations through CMDB, Common Service Data Model, service topology, and Configuration Items. You will also guide automation and remediation workflows.
Key Responsibilities: Design ServiceNow ITOM and AIOps architecture
Integrate enterprise monitoring and observability platforms
Define service topology and impact analysis dependencies
Design automated incident and remediation workflows




Review implementations against approved architecture
Requirements: Solid ServiceNow architecture and ITOM experience
Knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, and Health Log Analytics
Experience with event correlation, noise reduction, and service health
Understanding of Flow Designer, orchestration, and IntegrationHub
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
