Midwest seeks a Project Manager with midstream engineering expertise for Calgary or Edmonton, coordinating major pipeline and facility projects.
Reporting to the Major Pipeline Projects Manager, this position oversees scope, resources, costs, schedules, and client service. You will prepare proposals, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, review technical deliverables, and support construction activities. The work requires robust knowledge of pipeline engineering and project controls.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to client requests and maintain strong client relationships
Prepare bids, proposals, scopes, estimates, and authorizations
Coordinate engineering, design, drafting, GIS, and geomatics resources
Perform technical reviews and QA/QC checks through construction completion




Monitor schedules, budgets, invoices, reporting, and revision control
Requirements: Degree or diploma in mechanical, civil, or pipeline engineering
Five-plus years supporting major midstream pipeline projects
Knowledge of CSA Z662 and CSA Z245 requirements
Working knowledge of ASME, OPR, and AER requirements
Experience managing multidisciplinary technical people and project teams
Bring pipeline project management, technical review, and client coordination experience to Midwest’s Engineering and Major Pipeline Projects team.
