This Director oversees Finance data lifecycle management, from intake and architecture through governance, quality, controls, and reporting support. The role requires strong Finance process knowledge, data modeling experience, and executive stakeholder management. You will guide data delivery roadmaps while aligning business requirements with technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities: Define Finance data strategy aligned with business priorities
Oversee Finance data lake source onboarding
Lead enterprise Finance data models and semantic layers
Enforce governance standards and data quality workflows




Advise executives on Finance data risks and reporting insights
Requirements: 12–15+ years in data management or Finance data strategy
Strong understanding of Finance processes and financial reporting
Experience designing data models and managing data lakes
Global or offshore team leadership experience
Solid executive and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
