As an Internal Communications Advisor, you will support internal client groups and help implement communications strategies, plans, and tools. Your work will promote organizational culture and employee engagement through tailored content, visual storytelling, newsletters, intranet updates, and communication campaigns. You will also contribute to modernizing internal communications platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Develop communications for announcements, launches, and special projects
Create visuals and videos for internal campaigns
Maintain SharePoint intranet and digital signage content




Coordinate quarterly employee newsletters and content calendars
Track channel metrics and support communications improvements
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or related field
At least three years of communications experience
Excellent written and verbal French and English skills
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint portals
Graphic design and video editing software knowledge
