As Senior Manager, Business Technology Analyst, you will guide strategic initiatives across Foreign Exchange business and technology functions. Your work spans discovery, process optimization, target-state design, and solution delivery. Deep FX trade lifecycle knowledge supports modernization across front, middle, and back office processes.
Key Responsibilities: Lead workshops with business and technology stakeholders
Document requirements, process maps, and data flows
Manage traceability through implementation
Define future-state processes and operating models




Support migration, testing, and implementation activities
Requirements: 10+ years of Business Analysis experience
7+ years in Capital Markets or FX Technology
Experience delivering complex technology transformation programs
Knowledge of Murex, ION Wallstreet, and FX platforms
Understanding of Agile, SQL, APIs, and testing methodologies
