Aplin is recruiting a Finance Manager for a diversified organization spanning multiple business units. You will partner with operational leaders, guide accountants and financial analysts, and influence business decisions. The position covers IFRS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and audit support across diverse operations.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Lead month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations
Maintain IFRS controls, policies, and reporting standards
Lead budgeting and monthly forecasting activities
Coach approximately four to five finance professionals
Requirements: Required CPA designation
Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
At least two years in supervisory or leadership experience ideally
Strong reporting, forecasting, IFRS, controls, and audit knowledge
Ability to advise senior leaders with meaningful financial insights
Lead reporting, planning, and people development as a CPA Finance Manager supporting Edmonton business units.
