This Business Operations Generalist, Finance & Accounting role works directly with senior leadership. You will manage invoices, reconciliations, month-end close, tax coordination, contracts, procurement, and corporate administration. Key Responsibilities: Review invoices, vendor documentation, approvals, and scheduled payments
Coordinate month-end close with external accountants
Manage tax filings, registrations, notices, and reporting
Maintain Stripe, Subscript, Hubifi, and QuickBooks platforms




Document processes and identify automation opportunities
Requirements: Experience in accounting, finance operations, or business operations
Understanding of invoices, accruals, reconciliations, and month-end close
Solid spreadsheet skills and financial accuracy
