As PMO Manager, you support engineering leadership overseeing a $1.2B capital program. You partner with field personnel, project owners, and finance teams. Your analysis strengthens forecasts, reporting transparency, and decision-making across complex portfolios.
Key Responsibilities: Develop monthly capital forecasts and identify risks or concerns
Address performance challenges with engineering leadership and mitigation strategies
Oversee Project Change Notice processes for budget and scope changes
Lead reviews analyzing results, drivers, and forecast refinements
Refresh reporting across ECC, S/4HANA, Excel, Power BI,



and platforms
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, accounting, or related field
Five or more years of relevant reporting or analysis experience
Excel financial modelling, VBA, Power Query, and Power BI proficiency
Demonstrated AI prompting capability supporting analysis and efficiency
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and reporting-template construction skills
