As Leadership Development Manager, Emerging and New Leaders, you will guide aspiring, first-time, and newly hired people leaders. You will design learning journeys, workshops, peer experiences, and practical resources. Your work will help leaders navigate coaching, feedback, performance conversations, and team building. You will partner across the People team to connect development with broader employee growth.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Leading@, Leader 101, and foundational leadership programs
Create support for first-management and leadership transitions
Design workshops, peer learning, resources, and hands-on practice




Translate leadership expectations into practical tools
Measure program effectiveness and improve learning experiences
Requirements: 8+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree
Leadership development experience for new people leaders
Strong learning and experience design skills
Experience building scalable cohorts or learning communities
Data, collaboration, program management, and AI tool comfort
