Toast International is expanding its upmarket business across the UK & Ireland, Canada, and Australia. This senior solutions engineering leader supports deals involving 16 to 500 locations, connecting Toast with ERP, payroll, inventory, loyalty, delivery, and hardware systems. You will guide technical fit and customer decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Design solutions for multi-location and franchise structures
Lead PCI scoping and vendor security questionnaires
Write BRDs product and engineering teams can act on
Present roadmap realities to executive and IT audiences




Hand off promised configurations clearly to implementation
Requirements: 7+ years in solutions architecture or technical consulting
Mid-market or enterprise deal experience with buying committees
Experience taking complex pilots through go-live
Knowledge of PCI DSS and international privacy regimes
Executive presence with C-suite and IT leaders
Use architecture, compliance knowledge, and executive presence to shape Toast solutions for complex international hospitality customers.
