This senior mechanical leadership role works closely with the General Manager, Mechanical. You will guide supervisors, lead hands, and heavy-duty mechanics while supporting complex troubleshooting, repairs, rebuilds, and reliability improvements. The position also contributes to maintenance planning, team development, client service, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Support maintenance operations and field teams with the General Manager
Provide technical leadership across surface and underground mining projects
Mentor supervisors, lead hands, and heavy-duty mechanics




Build teams through recruitment, training, scheduling, and resourcing
Improve equipment availability, downtime, and maintenance standards
Requirements: Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certification
Seven or more years supervising or managing mining operations
Experience in both surface and underground mining
Heavy mobile mining equipment maintenance experience
Remote or rotational field maintenance leadership experience
