Lead plant troubleshooting and process safety improvement as a Senior Plant Process Engineer in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Work directly with operations and maintenance to strengthen reliable performance.
This senior engineering role supports daily plant problem-solving, equipment renewal, and capital projects. You will apply operating data, instrumentation checks, Management of Change, and process hazard review methods. The work also covers safety, quality, environmental performance, and cost improvements.
Key Responsibilities: Provide engineering support to production and maintenance teams
Investigate process upsets using operating data and instrumentation checks
Lead or support MOC, HAZOPs, HAZAN reviews, and audits
Support equipment projects, commissioning plans,



and start-up activities
Maintain procedures and provide operator training and mentorship
Requirements: 10+ years in manufacturing, chemical, pulp and paper, or oil and gas
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering preferred
Process Safety Management and process hazard review experience
Strong plant troubleshooting and operator collaboration skills
Working knowledge of DCS systems preferred
Apply plant engineering expertise, process safety knowledge, and troubleshooting skills to improve protected, efficient manufacturing operations.
