As an Engagement Delivery Manager, you will support customer success across talent-driven and technology solutions. This customer-facing leadership role reports to North-American Delivery and offers an accelerated professional services path. You will manage service performance, client expectations, resources, and operational governance across active engagements.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver services on time, within scope, and to quality standards
Monitor SLAs, KPIs, contracts, incidents, and service escalations
Serve as primary client contact and conduct service reviews
Coordinate technical, support,



and project teams across operations
Drive improvement plans, root cause analysis, and service automation
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline
5+ years managing software delivery or client-facing service engagements
Experience in qualified services or consulting environments
Familiarity with Agile, hybrid delivery, SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD
Strong client communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities
Bring technical delivery leadership, customer focus, and operational discipline to complex Randstad Digital client engagements and services.
